We oversee all aspects of the development process. We maximize spatial efficiency through layouts that yield the highest income per square foot. With an extensive background in architectural studies, we understand the power of design. Belltown Realty is a reflection of our love for Philadelphia and our desire to contribute to its growth.

Belltown Realty was founded by Ben Fineman who is the Director of Development and Dave Radolovic who is the Director of Operations. Prior to founding Belltown, Ben and Dave assisted in the development of over $100 million dollars in construction of both high-end condominiums/rentals and affordable housing in the Philadelphia and New York City markets. Both Ben and Dave are highly committed to Philadelphia and its growth and bring a wealth of experience to the area.

Since 2014, Belltown has been successful in achieving top-market rents in up-and-coming neighborhoods and in developing over 16 units in numerous properties across the city. The majority of our portfolio is located in the University City section of Philadelphia, close to the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, and the University of the Sciences.

Belltown is a small development company, but we are eager to grow responsibly. Our size and Philadelphia roots allow us to connect with our projects on a personal level, instilling our intimate knowledge of the Philadelphia market into every development task. We are on the ground each and every day looking for new opportunities.
