Belltown is a  Philadelphia-based real estate development and construction company.  Since its founding in 2017 by two graduates from Temple University’s Architecture Program, Belltown has developed a successful track record of profitable projects, specializing in multifamily development and upscale single-family residences in Philadelphia and on the Main Line.

Belltown has recently became a true design-build company. While we have been a licensed general contractor for many years, Co-Founder David Radolovic recently became a registered architect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, Ben Fineman is a licensed real estate agent (also in Pennsylvania).  These accreditations, along with our experience, allow us to oversee all aspects of the development process: project feasibility, modeling, financing, design, construction management, leasing, and asset management.
