Benjamin Fineman

Ben started real estate development on his own in 2014 when he bought two duplexes in West Philadelphia. After successfully renovating them, he fell in love with the business. Since then, his business expanded, and together with David, he has developed single family homes, multifamily investments, renovations and new construction products (both residential and commercial properties). Ben is honest, hard working and is an expert in his field. Ben has a degree in Architecture from Temple University, and a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ben lives with his wife Amanda, two dogs and daughter Maia just outside of Philadelphia.
David Radolovic, RA
Director of Design, Construction, and Property Management
David began his career in the field of architecture after graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Architecture In 2011. Dave achieved a lifelong goal of becoming a registered architect with an NCARB certification, and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. David's love of design and neighborhoods pushed him to explore real estate development and he now has 15 years of field experience ranging from drafting and project management, construction management, design-build development, property management, business development, and business operations. David has performed crucial roles in developing hundreds of residential and commercial units. David is co-founder and Director of Design, Construction, and Property Management for Belltown. David lives with his wife Tressie, along with his two cats and two dogs in a house that he designed and developed himself in 2020.
